Summer/Fall 2026 Research Opportunities

The Center for Holistic Integration (CHI) invites students, faculty, and collaborators to join active research pathways for Summer and Fall 2026.

Priority Focus: OAA Self-Aware Room (SAR)

A major active initiative for this cycle is the OAA-supported Self-Aware Room (SAR) development effort within the Blended Reality Performance System (BRPS) ecosystem.

Current opportunity areas include:

• immersive environment design and systems integration
• sensing, mediation, and responsive interaction workflows
• spatial audio and real-time virtual environment integration
• ethical and collaborative artificial intelligence (AI) integration
• documentation, operations, and research communication
